The Law Office of Jon Eric Garde & Associates welcomes all consultations. For your guidance, however, please refer to the following easy steps:

Initial consultation with Attorney Jon Eric Garde may be conducted by e-mail, telephone, or in person.

The fee for an initial consultation of thirty (30) minutes is $75.00 , payable in cash or by:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)
  • Personal or cashier's check from any U.S. bank
  • Money order purchased within the U.S.

For e-mail and telephone consultation,  you may provide your account information by calling our Office Manager, Ms. Rosanna Magno at telephone no. (702) 898-9540 ext. 101 during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mondays to Thursdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

E-mail inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours of your approved payment. At the attorney's discretion, you may be notified by e-mail or telephone to schedule a telephone or personal consultation instead in order to discuss the circumstances of your case better.

In the event that you need to re-schedule a telephone consultation, please call the office at telephone no. (702) 898-9540 at least 24 hours before said schedule. Failure to do so will forfeit the consultation fee paid.

All information discussed during the consultation shall be treated confidential pursuant to Attorney – Client privilege. Note, however, that the initial consultation is not equivalent to legal representation by the Attorney. To retain the Attorney's services, you will need to execute a Client Services Contract, the terms and conditions of which will be discussed and explained at such point.
